Recently I
experienced problems with my computer software. I initially received
support from HP but sought help from Hope Computing when HP suggested
I needed to replace the operating system. Greg came to my house and
after being briefed on the issue performed his own analysis and
promptly solved the problem. Fortunately this did not involve any
need to replace the operating system and associated files. I
appreciate his knowledge and very likeable approach as he explained
the various issues and what he was doing. I highly recommend Greg as
someone who has significant computer knowledge coupled with a
friendly approach and personality.

He sorted out a large back-up for me and taught me how to access everything on the external hard drive.
He cleared my old computer I no longer needed, then transferred all my husband’s computer files to this later model one, as his was obsolete.
It saved us having to buy a new computer.
